I am very new to this and was so excited for my first sale. I haven’t announced the store anywhere yet, so the sale was from a friend. She got a screenshot of the paypal beimg accepted... but didnt get an order confirmation or number. On my end I can’t see anything... zip. Dashboard says zero sales. I checked paypal and the payment is there.
It did eventually show up in the cart... but based on the faq, it doesn’t state clearly whether paying the amount on your cart triggers processing automatically or whether you have to manually create one. I wasn’t sure what to do next. It turned out that it did generate an automatic process because it now says shipped.
